Disclosure text within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

AIPlasmaTech Software and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), processes your personal data in accordance with the law and the principles of integrity for the purposes described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
Personal data collected through our website includes: Name, email address, phone number, company name, sector information, and other information you share through contact forms. Technical data automatically sent by your browser when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, visit date/time) is also processed.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to provide information about our services, respond to your requests, schedule free discovery calls, prepare service proposals, fulfill our legal obligations, and improve our service quality.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if incomplete or incorrect, request deletion/destruction under Article 7, request notification of corrections and deletions to third parties, object to results arising from automated analysis, and request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
